Your Role

As Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day maintenance function and ensuring equipment is maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You’ll:

  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled maintenance personnel
  • Coordinate daily mobile plant maintenance activities
  • Oversee breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
  • Drive preventative maintenance and fleet availability
  • Ensure maintenance schedules, targets and KPIs are achieved
  • Work closely with site leadership, clients and internal teams
  • Champion a strong safety-first culture
  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance performance and reliability

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with the leadership skills to get the best from their team.

You’ll have:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining
  • A strong Heavy Diesel Mechanical / mobile plant background
  • Experience with diagnostics, breakdowns and preventative maintenance

  • Proven leadership and mentoring capability
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights
